The PTA Auction Committee has been working on securing items for the upcoming auction.  We are excited about those items we already have, but we can’t do it without you!

We need your help:

- We need new or gently used baskets for the class baskets.  Baskets can be delivered to the office (please mark them “PTA Auction”) or given to Melanie Azcue or Diane Johnson. 

- We need your help calling potential donors and picking up the donated items.

- We need your old wooden chairs or end tables to be used for class art auction items.  The students in a class will help to decorate a piece of furniture or other item to be auctioned off.

- We need your help planning and decorating for the auction.  We are having
meetings on a weekly basis.

- We need your company or home-based business to advertise in the auction program.  You can use the bottom portion of the form on the back.

- We need your donated item to add to the list.  On the top half of the back of this sheet, you will find a donation form to be filled out by you to donate your time, service, and / or goods!  We need all items no later than March 30, so that we can put together the auction program.

Our PTA Auction will be Friday, the 13th of April.  We are still investigating sites for an off-site event.

Auction Program Advertisement!!    

Do you or a family member have a business you want to publicize?  Are you trying to let families know about baby-sitting, pet sitting, tutoring or other services? Are you trying to grow your home-based business?   Do you wish there was a way to let other area families know about it? 

Each business card sized ad (roughly 2” x 4”) will run for $ 25 each.  A half page spread (roughly 5.5” x 4”) will run for $ 50.  Where else could you get a deal like that?  All ads must be paid for in advance and placed by March 30, 2007 to be included in the program.
