You asked for it – The PTA will deliver!

You asked to be able to give a donation and not be part of fundraising for PTA. Here's your chance to be put on the “no call” list for fundraising. By signing this sheet, your child will not bring home Entertainment Books, trash bag sales forms, or any other fundraising information. You can attach your donation to this form. Please inform your child(ren) that they will not receive fundraising packets in the classroom (so they aren’t surprised or upset). You can still find out about fundraising activities via the newsletters, and you can participate by picking up extra forms in the paper sorter outside the office.
