On November 15, 2001 Microsoft launched the Xbox Video Game System in North America.  Many dismissed the system as the next 3DO, but they could not have been more wrong.  The Xbox has taken the world by storm, offering game experiences that often blur the line between fantasy and reality.  The true successor to the DreamCast is finally here.  And it is the Xbox.

REVIEW:
The NFL 2K series from Sega Sports has been great ever since the first installment on the Sega DreamCast.  This year's edition is certainly no exception.  The animation is amazing, player faces are true-to-life, gameplay is spot-on and game modes are deep enough to please even the most died-in-the-wool pigskin fan.  The ESPN presentation also adds to the overall experience.  So what is the game's biggest issue you ask?  Simple.  That lame button sensitivity bug!  On most copies of the Xbox version of NFL 2K3 you have to MASH the buttons down for the game to register your actions.  This is completely inexcusable by Sega and hurts the game.  If you do manage to have a controller that is playable with the game than you will be treated to one of the best NFL games ever made.  Hopefully Sega keeps up the good work next year and irons out all bugs before the final release.
