"The dissapearance of many villagers in and around Radom between the 9th and 13th century leads many people to believe that there were Vampires in this area, many others believe it was 'The Wolfmen of Radom' (see also Lycanthrope) who allegedly lived in the vast Forests surrounding the village.
EIther way the deaths have never been accounted for, nor the reason for the deaths ceasing in the 13th century so suddenly"

iii) Journey To The Continent
The weeks that followed were somber, they set out for Withersea, to the East of York, and aquired a ship and a captain willing to set sail at night, fairly easily. The trip however was uneventful and, for the most part, silent. The four vampires and the lycanthrope sat around a table almost the entire trip. Gangra and Vantria playing various card games while Malkove, when night fell, emerged to the deck to look out over the sea at the land they were sailing too. Had it not been in such grim circumstances, Malkove would be glad about this 'adventure', he was still eager to see Europe though. He was born a mortal in France but had never been back to Europe since he was sired by Gangra. He was fairly eager to see it all through Kindred eyes, which made every detail seem far more clear than Mortal eyes. Toriah in the mean time just sat, glumly. She wasn't looking forward to any of this, and she didn't like the sounds of Seth much. She was an Atheist and didn't believe in Caine, she saw Seth as nothing but an elaborate hoaxer, she was also slightly frightened that Seth might know she thinks this. He probbaly wouldnt be pleased.
After three days on the ship, they made Landfall in the Belgium Village of Zeebrugge, and the next 3 weeks were just as unpleasant. Malkove's hyperactivity, Ventria's constant complaining, Toriah's depressive silence and Gangra's constant authoritaveness (which sudenly seemed wrong outside the land where he was Prince) didn;t add any pleasantries to the treck. A mass hike through the scarely populated areas of Belgium and Germany, avoiding any village and living off animals mainly and only the occasional stray mortal, but only when they thought it was really safe to do so. They knew the Inquisition must be here somewhere and had to avoid detection. The only evidence they could see of the Inquisition were the Cave's where Vampire usued to live, a few were habitable but they didn't risk spending the night in them, in case the inquisition returned. In a few were the skeletons of Vampires with wooden stakes encased in their rib-cages and scorch marks where they had been burned, it was clear the inquisition knew theyre weaknesses. In the more woodland areas were scattered encampments of Lycanthrope types, werewolves were alot more sentimental than vampires and these sites seemed to phase the werewolf alot more than the barren caves afftected the rest of the group. Strangely enough, or not, there were one or two Magi Covenants that seemed fully occupied. The group decided that the Magi were probbaly not to be trusted and steered clear of them.
This only added to the grimness of their journey. With the lycanthrope guiding them, however, they made it safely to the hills, some 30 miles short of Radom, where they last heard Seth was living.
They stood on the tall, rocky, mountain-side and looked down at the valley below, It was mainly forest, but browned and there seemed to be a roughly straight path leading to the distant Radom through the forest, they could see Radom but it looked distinctly like no lights were on in any of the houses there. This was strange, it was only early evening. Hardly likely everyone was asleep at this hour. There were some lights on, however.. in a large Mansion sitting on a hill top 5 or so miles further on than Radom. Seth's abode, they all assumed. And they only summised that the lack of lighting in the Village was soemthing to do with either him or the inquisition. A shudder of icy terror sliced down each of their spines as the began to set out on the final leg of their journey to Radom.
"Enosh, the humble blacksmith, looked up to the Heaven's and asked God for vengeance for his Father's life. God spoke to him 'Enosh, you are a man of true Faith. I will grant you the power to defeat the evils that have overpowered your Father. I will place in your hands the power of God, with this you will create a strength that will forever guard mankind from these evils'. WIth this Enosh went back to his foundry and constructed a sword. He used steel but every piece of steel he touched glowed. This sword of God's own steel had the power to drive evil away. Enosh smiled the smile of mankind and held the new metal up high. He named this metal 'silver', the bain of evil."
