This woman openly posted this video of herself on the internet. She does not seek treatment. She has grown an acute fondness of her extra selves. In that, she believes that by getting treatment, they'll go away--or in her mind, they'll die. Since she accepts her other selves as different people, in her mind, she'll be a murderer.
