| If you live in Alabama there are three things that are unavoidable and unmistakeable in their occurance and appearance. First there is the bass fishing. Unlike any other state, Alabama is blessed with some of the most productive and fertile bass lakes in the country. If bass fishing is your passion, then Alabama should be your home. Second, there is the heat. Positioned in the Southeast corner of the United States, Alabama is known for the hot and humid weather of Summer but due to that very same reason we enjoy mild Winters compared to the rest of the country. Then there is the third thing I mentioned. Without a doubt it can be detected by both appearance and occurance. Every year, no matter how hot or how cold. Every year, no matter if the fish are biting or not. Every year, no matter what, something happens that energizes this state in all demographics. The days are getting shorter and there is a feeling in the air that can only mean one thing..............ALABAMA FOOTBALL!! |
