| ����������� Usually, Saturday afternoon is a good time to go see a movie.� I often go to movie theater to watch the latest movies out.� Last Saturday afternoon, I went to see Pearl Harbor with my family.� We sat in the back row and after five minutes the movie start.� We went early in the afternoon because, Pearl Harbor take three hour to watch, that's right, Pearl Harbor take three hour to finish watching it, but once I started watching it, I didn't know how I past that three hours.� Pearl Harbor is not like any other movies.� Its gets viewers attention, also kept viewers focuses and consentrate until the movie comes to end.� Pearl Harbor puts viewer in America's worst hour back in 1941. | ||||||||||||||||||
| ����������� Peal Harbor is based on the events that happen in Pearl Harbor naval base on the morning of December 7th, 1941, and the time before it, and the events after it.� This movie starts with two close friends, growing up like brothers in 1920's.� One is an aviator in the U.S. Army Air Corps (Josh Hartnett), known as Danny Walker, and other� (Ben Affleck) Rafe McCawley in the British Royal Air Force.� They both in love with the same woman (Kate Beckinsale) Evelyn, a beautiful military nurse in a New Jersey base.� She is a volunteer for the British Royal Air Force.� After Rafe leaves Danny and Evelyn, they shipped with their entire units to U.S. Pacific Fleet, in Hawaii's Pearl Harbor.� | ||||||||||||||||||
| ����������� Danny and Rafe since they were children they share every thing.� Rafe is a farm-boy, and in December 1941, he turned to a flyby to save the day.� These two close friends love air plaines, and their dream is being war heroes.� Later on, in this movie, Rafe and Danny are military's of one base. (U.S. Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor in Hawaii's).� After Rafe is presumed dead while he was shot over the English Channel.� Danny found himself fighting his grieving along with Evelyn whom she Rafe's girl friend at the time.� They fall in love during grieving, until Rafe not dead, makes his way back to Hawaii.� Rafe, close friend of Danny finds out that his best friend being even shared one more thing with him, that is his girl friend.� Things come to a point where they can?t stand each other any longer. Then comes a part of this movie that shows the military life on the island, which wasn't so bad, until tragedy like Pearl Harbor happen.�� | ||||||||||||||||||
| ����������� December 7, 1941 Rafe and Danny, best friends are military's of one base (U.S. Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii), when the Japanese surprise attack on Hawaii happens.� These two friends happened to be together at the moment, and they see the skies darken with Japanese planes, and bombs dropping.�� Everything is destroyed by the Japanese bomb rush, until Danny and Rafe jump in to the plains and hit the skies, they not stop until they save the day with some other military crews. | ����������� There is so much dramatic moment in this move, like when one of the ships is sinking, sailors are desperate to save their lives by clinging to the decks.� It almost sounds like Titanic, but it is not.� It is Hollywood?s best historical movie.� The movie uses real- life characters as star.� It is about friendship, making dreams comes true; also it is a romantic, emotional, and comedy movie at the same time.� This movie is a true story that makes viewers laugh, cry, and excited.� The message is not about United States or Japan's right or wrong, it's about what a terrible cost for people to go to the war and what they chase is some thing that so beyond their love for the country.� Also this movie moves the actors who act on the set of Pearl Harbor, like (Affleck) told ABCNEWS.com at the film's premiere in Hawaii.� "It made me proud to be involved in a movie that was going to try to show some of the gratitude that we owe as a nation to that generation of Americans," | ||||||||||||||||||
