Mystery on the Moon
plot
On Earth’s moon, a man named Berridge threatens to destroy Space Headquarters
using a powerful laser beam if he is not sent a freighter loaded with
gold. His hideout has a covering of roxite metal, which is resistant
to laser fire. However, the roxite must be pulled back in order to
fire the beam. Professor Haggerty has a large sheet of roxite coated
in reflective paint attached to the Galasphere, which reflects the laser
and destroys Berridge’s hideout.
notes
By the year 2100, Earth’s moon has been colonized.
