Ingredients. 1 Large Cabbage 1 Large Rat 3 litres �secret stock� (see below) 4 fish fingers (hollowed out and filled with alsatian�s plop) Method To make the secret stock take 3 litres of used dish water and bring to the boil. At this point add a used tea towel and 1 pair of soiled y-fronts and simmer for approximately 2 hours. Drain through a sieve and set aside. You are now ready to begin the soup. To make the soup. Finely chop the cabbage and fry in a little oil until softened. Take the rat and de-pubify before adding to the pan. Fry until his whiskers take on a light brown colouration and remove from the heat. Dice the rat and add both cabbage and rat to the stock. Now bring the soup back to the boil and cover for a further hour. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste. Croutons Take the fish fingers and fry until crispy. Chop into small chunks and set aside. Preparing the dish Take a large white bowl and add a generous helping of soup. Top with a handful of croutons and garnish with a pinch of deep fried old mans bum hair. Voila! C�est Magnifique! |
