I worked with an Exchange administrator yahoo server settings on a project to determine whether or not we could backup individual mail boxes (Exchange 5.5 and Veritas Backup Exec 8.0). We found out that we could if we set up a separate backup job just to backup the mail boxes, now multiply this by 4,500 users and you see the problem this creates.
