Please take a moment to fill out this questionnaire & e-mail it back to me so that I have a better idea of what type of puppy you are looking for. We try very hard to match the right puppy up with each person/family, so it helps a lot if I can get to know you and your family a little bit!
1.) Do you have children? If yes, what are their ages?
2.) Do you have other pets in your household? If yes, what are they?
3.) Please list any breeds of dogs that you've owned in the past.
4.) Do you have a fenced in yard, or will you be walking your pup on a leash?
5.) If you are walking your dog on a leash, how often per day will you have time to do this?
6.) If you are looking for an 8 week old puppy, will there be someone home periodically throughout the day for housebreaking purposes?
7.) Do you plan to crate train?

9.) Do you plan on taking your puppy to any of the following classes: puppy kindergarden, obedience, agility,etc.?

11.) Aussies come in the following colors; blue merle, red merle, black tricolor & red tricolor. Do you have a certain color? If so, please list the colors you will accept in order of preferences(please note that due to the overwhelming amount of requests for blue merle with blue eyes, if that is the ONLY color you will accept, you may a longer wait!) Colors in order of preference:
12.) Are you looking for a "pet quality" or "Show/breed quality" pup? Please note that "pet quality" pups are required to be spayed/neutered BEFORE you receive their registration papers.
13.) If you are looking for "breed/show" quality, have you bred dogs before? If so what breed, and for how long?
