#2- Participation is 35 dollars for those who are at their first draft and 30 huards for others. (**purses based on 12 entries**) #3- All participants must identify themselves to a NFL franchise or from NFL Europe or whatever. #4- Champion: 170 Finalist: 80 Consolation Winner : 50 p.s. Le commish peut refuser un move de personnel s'il juge qu'il est effectu dans le but de faire exprs pour perdre. De plus, toute quipe mathmatiquement limine n'a plus le droit de transiger. #5- The scoring is the legendary "Dick Butkus Scoring Method" always improving from year to year. The points for weekly scores will be those of your starters only. Also, the players are only given points for the unit they're starting for: offense, defense or special teams. #6- You must pick the players at the positions they are on the draft lists. If you want somebody else, the position must be previously approved by the Commish. #7- Your starting lineup must be made of 16 players: 1 quarterback 1 defensive end 2 running backs 1 defensive tackle 2 wide receivers 1 cornerback 1 fullback / tight end 1 safety 1 kicker 1 defensive back 1 kick/punt returner 1 outside linebacker 1 middle linebacker 1 linebacker #8- In addition, you are gonna have to pick 8 additional players who will constitute your bench squad for possible weekly interchange (they can be pick at anytime). #9- You can move all the players you want between the end of Monday Night Football and the kickoff of the first game of the week. Watch yourself when there's Thursday game (like this years Opener) because even if you don't have any players involved in that game, you won't be allowed to move players after that deadline. Also, you must move back yourself the players you had benched for their bye week (I don't!). #10- You can trade as many players as you wish with any other team, but you will always have to fill your roster with the correct amount of players at each position. Also, the Commish can veto any deal if judged too lopsided. The trading deadline is Midnight, Nov. 23rd. Dont be afraid to call someone else to deal with him, it can only help your ranking! #11- The Commish can't be bribed by any mean!!! Don't even try!!! #12- You can waive a player and claim free agents after week 4 and week 8 (one player each time.) The current standings are flopped for the waiver positions. You must prepare your list of draftable players, because such list won't be made available. However, you would have at your disposition the Master List telling you who has who or not in either draft. Your list must be sent by Tuesday night at 23H59, Qc time of course! #13- Participants are placed in divisions by a draw. They will be known as the Papa Bear Division and the Landry Division in the NFC and the Lombardi Division and the Knoll Divison in the AFC. The division winners and the next two best teams (Wild Cards) in each Conference will make the playoffs. #14- The schedule for the regular season is 14 weeks long that determine by the way of head-to-head match-ups the standings for the post-season. You will have to face the teams of your division twice, the team in the same conference once and two teams each of other two divisions at random. #15- The tie-breakers for Wild Cards are: 1- Head-to-head, 2- Number of Wins, 3- PF/PA ratio. If three teams or more are to be separated, you use 1- Number of Wins, 2- PF/PA ratio. The tie-breakers for Division Champs are: 1- Head-to-head, 2- Number of Wins, 3- Division Record, 4- PF/PA ratio. If three divisions champions or more are to be separated, you use 1- Number of Wins, 2- PF/PA ratio. #17- Week #15 will host the wild card games where the Conference Champ will meet the worst of the wild cards in his conference and the other two teams meet too. Week #16 will host the semi-finals for the winners, as well as the ones in the loser bracket. Week #17 will, of course, host the Championship Game and the match for 3rd place finish!!! #18- On draft day, the players will be auctioned in a random order for the top 200 based on last year rankings. Then, the players will be called by positions (QB, RB, WR, TE, FB, K, DE, DT, OLB, MLB, CB, SF) in alphabetical order with the official players' list. After that, you can suggest players unlisted that will be put up for bid at their actual positions (the Commish can veto any position). #19- Team owners must bet at least two dollars on a player and they have a maximum of three seconds to raise another team's bid. The auctioneer who put players up for bid have the last word on any conflict. Also, teams have five seconds to put a first bid on a player. If a particular player isn't wanted by anybody after five seconds, his name is put to rest with all the unlisted players. #20- Teams have 300$ to spend on their entire rosters of 25 players. Not a penny more will be allowed!!! So, if you spend 100$ on the Marshall Faulk of this world, it means you will have only 200$ left to spend on your 25 other players. Beware!!!
