Aquarium Setup
|
Polypterus senegalus is a very active fish so enough
swimming space is required. P. senegalus is also a
great 'leaper' so the tank must be properly covered.
This fish is bottom dweller and provide driftwoods
for its shelter. Tall tank is not essential but a
good mechanical filtration is required.

on small fish, crustaceans and insects.
