The Green Terror is territorial cichlid so provide
territories and hiding places such as big rocks.
Plants in the aquarium are not necessary at they
may be uprooted by this fish.

Feeding
|
A. rivulatus is omnivorous
and easy to feed. This fish accept almost any type
of food. Green Terror greedily take in natural and
live foods such as peas, beefhearts, worms and small
fishes. It can also take in prepared foods such as
flakes and cichlid pellets.

Compatibility
|
Green Terror is sociable when young but can be
aggressive when adult. When kept with more than one
male, the dominant will grow large hump in the head.
Green Terror's tankmates should be able to fend for
themselves but not overly aggressive to bully this
beautiful fish.
