Aquarium Setup
|
Convict is a medium-sized cichlid and requires lot
of space. Convict needs cave such as arranged rocks
or inverted flower pot to establish its territory
and breeding area. Plants are optional for this
fish. Fine and smooth gravel are suitable because
they turn the gravel with their belly (if breeding
they have fry to feed).

Not a picky eater, Convict is an omnivorous fish
and will nibble on any food given. Live foods
Convict feeds includes worms, crustaceans, insects,

males will fight for a mate. Convict can be kept in
