Late breaking news for Cholo enthusiasts!
OK people, I am badly in need of new ideas for Super Cholo. I am mainly in need of drawings and pictures. I don't have the artistic abilities to draw Super Cholo and I need something to send in as pictures and reference for the Super Cholo character. It would be greatly appreciated if some of you sent in some ideas for Super Cholo. You can e-mail them to [email protected].
Well sometimes it seems things don't always go as planned. While writing the book it seemed I had a problem... I'm not as good as I used to be. I can't find the difference sometimes between too descriptive and not enough. So I have now decided to write the Super Cholo screenplay which is coming along quite a bit faster and better.
The screenplay allows me to make Super Cholo more in the way of how I want it to be and allowing me to add certain parts and changes that I had many problems doing in the book. Hopefully when the screenplay is accepted and made I will be able to write the book in a better way, I will be submitting the screenplay in the next month or so and i'm hoping that this will be the easiest way to make "The Adventures of Super Cholo" come alive on the screen.
Super Cholo's forst flash movie was added to the site. Since this is my first one please be kind. I am hoping to get the hang of all this and make a better one soon. If anyone has suggestions e-mail me and let's see what we can do.
In my infinite wisdom (stop laughing all of you!) I decided it was better to boost the popularity of Super Cholo and the Cholo Alliance by making webisodes. Unfortunately after holding a contest, I have recieved only one submission and while it is a very good drawing, I was hoping to have more of a choice in the matter. Sometimes you just have to take the good with the bad I guess.
The backgrounds have been started and are being made up at this time. The storyboards for 2 webisodes have been written and the rest are also in the works. If anyone feels they have something they wish to contribute let me know and we will talk about it. I need you help to get this made into a movie. Once it happens I am giving all who helpe their due and credit. Who knows maybe even an autographed copy of the DVD when it comes out! ;)
Well pelones it seems due to the recent unpleasantries in my house and life lately the production of Super Cholo's webisodes have been halted for a time. Hopefully it will start back up soon and we can get them on the net. First off I need a new mic for my computer since my other one is now dead.
The screenplay of "The Adventures of Super Cholo" has also stopped for the moment for a revampment of it. After writing almost 40 pages I noticed that somethings were never going to fly (like Wetback Boy) and I didn't like the way the story was heading. Now instead of the movie more or less describing how Super Cholo comes about, it's more action and instead of becoming Super Cholo late in the movie, he does so early on so we can get to the butt kicking earlier.
I only hope that this version will look much better on the screen, as I will prolly be filming the movie myself with a friend and whoever else wishes to partake in this strange, movie vision of mine. So until next time...Beans To You!
