The Cotswold Boxer Clubs Ch,Show, 7th Dec 2008,
                      (Judge: Mrs. Wendy Mitchell)
                                     Dog results,

Firstly I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judged their show-my first time giving out tickets. Also a big thank you to each exhibitor for paying me the honour of there entry. On the down side I saw something I have never seen before when judging and that's bad feet.  I can forgive this on a baby puppy but NEVER on an adult dog. !!!!!

MPD,17/3a,
1st, Bells Stanryk Day Dreamer at Surfstone,B/W. baby a real stunner,Angles just right all round ,stands full square ,Plenty of fore chest running into well laid shoulders ,head just right for his age ,nice quizzical expression moved soundly for a baby,
2nd, Beaumont's, Howbow Fantasy Explorer, Slightly larger than one but not quite together yet, again very square in outline,Very good head .Just hope he tightens up all round to finish the picture ,

PD, 17/2a,
1st, Pyes,Burnden Opportunist R/W boy of quality ,Reachy neck good front with plenty of ford chest. Sound on the move Lovely head very good wide bite .Handler will insist in putting his left leg out wide ,which looses his hind angulation ,Stop it !!!!.
2nd, Barnett,Joseph & Barnett's,Kayafons Too Hot To Handle, Very unlucky to meet one today,B/W boy very similar in outline to my winner He's a bit of a hand full and needs more training but a very nice puppy clean head with a wide muzzle good mouth ,a bit loose on the move can only get better,

LD,16/0a,
Another strong class,
1st, Pynegar & Sanders Berwynfa G, Force ,Not being around the ring so much this year I don't remember ever seeing this boy before, But as he entered the ring he took my eye. On going over I was not disappointed well boned sound moving dog, A super head which only shows wrinkle when alert dark kind expressive eyes and a well padded muzzle I awarded him the res CC only to find later I also gave his sire the top spot !!!,
2nd, Vearncombe`s,Ruption Brain Blender JW. Taller dark B/W boy, sound mover, short back, good reach of neck .Nice head but lacks the soft gentle expression of my winner,
3rd, Locks, Clarricks Shboom Shboom.

Open Dog,
WOW! What a class! 15 entered and 13 Champions present !!!, What can I say all being worthy representative's of the breed? In the end I had to forget they were champions and judge them as I saw them on the day. I look for an upstanding well boned dog with a clean dry skull good wide tight mouth and kind eye ,that moves with arrogance around the ring this I found in the dogs I placed the first 2 excelled in all aspects of this I was really splitting hairs here both have the most beautiful  heads, with dark expressive eyes ,if only they were mine!
1st, CH.Berwynfa Game Boy, the CC winner, and on the referees decision BOB,
2nd,CH,Lanfrese Sure Thing at Manic, He was very close up for the Res CC,
3rd,CH Winuwuk Lust at First Sight,

Vet dog,
Four worthy champions present all looking fit and well, a credit to there owners,I love the oldies,
1st, CH, Hilthorn Gold Blend ,Looking better than I have seen him of late ,still has a super head showing very little grey strode round the ring like a two year old, could not deny him the first place ,
2nd,CH, Tartarian Gold Dust (his son) who was on his very best behaviour today !!! but in the end may have been his down fall as in my opinion Jazz is at his best when he is on his toes giving his mum an really hard time ,he was just lacking his sparkle today But still maintains his good looks ,
3rd,CH, Sugar wood Slave to Love ,
