Mike Sherrard Memorial
STADIUM: Mike Sherrard Memorial has a capacity of 88,888.  The field is constructed in a highly unusual manner.  In an effort to increase the number of devasting injuries to players they have the revolutionary pea gravel/astro turf mix.

The stadium was dedicated to Mike Sherrard who only played 3 games for the Raptors, but scored an impressive 4 touchdowns, including one passing td.

HISTORY:  The Raptors played in Jurrassic Park for their first three years.  Unfortunately a costly fumble by Marcus Allen on a Monday Night caused a huge comeback by the pathetic and vomitous Blacksheep.  This prompted the fans of Raleigh-Durham to destroy the stadium in their outrage.  The Raptors finished that season on a park district soccer field.

Here is Jurrassic Park during "The great riots of Raleigh" in 1996.
