Dear Mr. Stoffels:
This is a project for world peace within 48 hours from whatever day we
hit the mainstream media. I have been working on this project
over half my life, and I believe it is ready to be put into operation
if I can find people to join me.
When looking at world peace, I noted that there were formats of logic
which had been overlooked. It was conceivable that if one
actually had the required documentation to be of a particular blood
line and had this at the exact moment when history looks like
Revelations comes true, especially if one person had the chutzpah to
actually attempt to earn all the world’s respect by having given such
respect back to the world first, world peace could be done very
rapidly. I have the actual documentation from a book entitled
Finding our Fathers: A guidebook to Jewish Genealogy that was published
in the mid-1970's, concerning my lineage all the way back to King
David.
What I am bringing are tools to see truth and to distinguish lies so as
to relieve the world from stressor that are infiltrating time. By
developing such tools myself and then giving them to the world years
ago, as well as cross the paths of top CEOs of corporations that will
eventually buy and sell media that use these tools, I have the command
ability to look down on creation from a higher promontory than the US
President, for I actually decoded the Rapture and gave credit to the
find to WSU Tri-Cities.
The tools I developed will build a stronger foundation in reality while
setting the world free from three major lies; one from the Torah, one
from Skull and Bones, and one from a former Soviet state. By
having the tools to edit and augment reality, everyone now has the
ability to experience superior fantasies while never risking such crap
in reality:
Fantasy has no consequences but with my tools, they will forevermore
feel more real than reality. By raising the quality of fantasy to
exceeding reality, no one will ever bother to break the law for the
rush of emotions. Instead, as these are internal tools for world
peace, and they’re free, people will discover that they can augment
reality . No one can buy new hardware, but new software?
That’s an untapped communications field, and I developed the FCC
compliant tools so that they can be streamed through digital media.
What I bring to the table is the most intelligent battle for world
peace ever. By using the internet to make and record history
through third-party sources, I planned to re-cross these paths again in
the future in media so as to reconnect with all these people as I make
history, so that their connection is concise in time. These
people include CEOs of companies who will likely develop and invest in
a new communications field that does not hitherto exist, and then
contacted and interfaced with the actual performers who will likely do

I have been a free radical. I have a huge respect for the US
patriots who came to work for the government just so that they can
protect the country. I have been finding such patriots all over
this government, and they have been waiting for the cavalry from the
citizenry to arrive. One team of these fought tooth and
nail to get cannabis listed as a hypnotic. If it didn’t matter,
it wouldn’t be there. Instead, these people knew that eventually
there would be a need to reclassify, for cannabis sustains a
subconscious state, and once hypnosis is finally disseminated and
utilized by society, cannabis would be the cheapest way to attain
intellectual superiority through higher processing.
This country needs a visionary with a new allegiance to the
Constitution, and the tools to safely eliminate the corruption from
this government and this world. I have set up dominoes throughout
these decades for this one opportunity to make a miracle happen, for it
takes a lot of work to do this. I am running for President of the
USA, and I need a dream team of the best so that we can save America
the Beautiful.
I decoded the rapture. It’s a puzzle in Matthew, but to decode
it, you have to know that all humans, for all time, have this ability
to see all points in history. This ability is currently called
“Remote viewing.” Once you accept this, you’ll see the sets of
threes. These become the tools to decode the puzzle.
This is about having taken the time to make very certain to fulfill all
three vantage points to this remote view in the present – one from
Matthew, one from Revelations and one from Nostradamus – without
having to use Bush’es approach to world war. The three vantage
points draw one similarity that looks like right this moment in world
war as well as three differences, including the end of the age, the
member of the family of David, and the cannibals.
The rapture revealed that the actual creator is not an idiot.
Everyone, using their own fingers, had originally been given only TWO
commandments, or system commands, of using their thumbs to remember
“one for all” and “all for one,” meaning “One creator for all humans”
and “all humans are part of one being.” The fingers, which
resemble the EIGHT RULES to the game in real time, each stand forth if
there is a violation of each of these rules, being; don't kill, don't
steal, don't lie, don't torture, don't scapegoat, don't overwork, don't
dishonor, and don't lie to your spouse when it comes to having sex with
others in reality (fantasy is free from judgment). These are
tools for maximal world peace.
In using your fingers, with the finger extended as YES to the question
of “Do I...?” for each of these eight rules, if all you get when you’re
done is only two thumbs up, then you are good to go.
Seriously. This is the judgment tool so that you be judged and
thus you judge. Judge not lest you be judged is part of this
puzzle. This tool allows people to see the righteous, and the
unrighteous hated this, so they waited forty years for Moses to Die.
The villains didn’t like being instantly found out, as this originally
wasn’t a religion as much as it was simply an operating system, because
the creator didn’t have anyone between the creator and the
person. That’s the whole point of the Trinity. It’s just
you and the creator and with your fingers, the spirit of the
creator. It is this personal shine to your creator that you carry
so you never had to carry or wear or do anything else but this.
There is no other leadership. No circumcision, no bar
mitzvah. No mind control. It was freedom to learn, but the
bullies didn’t want to give up control to the freedoms of the creator’s
plan, so they circumvented the issue and wrote the Torah.
The Torah was written from the middle to the middle, much like Star
Wars. They began at the base of Sinai, and they ended at the
crossing the Red Sea. It was then just spliced together, but
their failures in logic were found in the base of Sinai.
Like continuity errors in a movie, the relationship between the people
and Moses at Sinai is nowhere near the relationship they had crossing
the Red Sea just a few chapters prior. That’s why they added the
Manna and stuff. They tried to downplay the relationship.
Unfortunately, the actual authors of this didn’t expect a guy, who
earned the title of Jesus Christ, to discover their flaws by using
remote viewing. That’s why the Pharisees and the Scribes had him
killed. It wasn’t about whether or not he was the Messiah.
It was because he found that the Torah was a lie
However, there was more than the lie. They even changed three of
these new commandments so that they could make it so that people didn’t
properly interface with the creator. That’s why we Jews spent the
rest of history to this day getting our asses kicked all through these
years. The three changed rules were once The Golden Rule,
which is not in Exodus, as well as Do not Lie and Do not Torture.
Just look at Bush and you see the validity that there was probably a
commandment against Lies and Torture. But that’s in the message
in Matthew, using the three denials of Matthew and the three
crucifixions via Judas. The three men worked to make this project
happen, and that’s why Jesus had to die.
There’s no way to ever know the name of a multi-dimensional
entity. Thus, not taking the lord’s name is vain is preposterous.
Coveting, on the other hand, is immediate in every instant of discovery
of want, and, therefore, was used for mind control. The
manipulation crap has nothing to do with this creator. Logically,
these rules are for maximal safety in reality.
The elimination of the Torah splices the Quran in two. Those
parts that relied upon the Torah must now be eliminated, for such parts
would never have been written by Mohammed – a true prophet of Judaism,
and, as such, would never violate the word of the creator.
As soon as I discovered this, I gave it to the first Mullah I could
find. Lo and behold, the local head of the local Mosque is named
Mohammed Ullah (M.ULLAH). It’s like I’m in a bad video
game. In fact, if you translate keystrokes by phone, Joy!
Who? Many! (509-946-6269) and Joy! Who? His 1!
(509-946-4471), you get parents phone number and then my own.
Weird.
I have been championing the reality that people need to learn all they
can about mind control so they will instantly discover who’s been
trying to manipulate others instead of being sincere and honest about
everything. My website and my posts in the USENET have been
brutal.
With this new unified message, all will finally discover the world
without any assumptions concerning lies. It’s just you, the
creator, and with your fingers, the spirit of the creator.
If you follow these rules in any civilization on Earth, and then
do all you can to raise the quality of life for those around you, you
will find life with two thumbs way up. In fact, you will find,
throughout all history, such people who were most loved and most
successful had two thumbs, including Buddha, Mel Brooks, Mohammed,
Douglas Adams, Gandhi, Jesus, Mother Theresa, Benjamin Franklin, and so
many others. The world is full of people who will be judged two
thumbs up.
But, with these tools, all, without exception, can choose to reboot and
change their life values. It is hopeful that all will discover
more reasons to keep infinite fantasies free of reality, allowing
reality to pale back to the simple life, while fantasy can built to
better the time spent away from work.
Please keep in mind that lies are more dangerous than killing.
Killers are short term logic. Lies are infinitely more dangerous
for, as you can see here, they can last millennia.
I am from the longest recorded history of Jews, and I am here doing a
fight for the good name of a family member who attempted world peace in
his time, but was betrayed by the pharisees and the scribes. This
member of the family of David earned the title of Jesus Christ from the
Greeks. He earned it by doing good for years before earning
recognition. I have been quiet with my work so that I might earn
worldwide recognition on my own, but to do so to substantiate my
lineage and support the logic that I found his last message, and thus
allow all the world to follow my logic and then follow me to combat
those of whom want to act in ways that destroy our great nation.
I also discovered a pattern of how Skulls and Bones have taken control
of the US. I believe that with collaboration with other logicians
and math wizards, we can develop the logical processes by which we can
capture and convict these bastards of playing with all our lives as if
in their video game. It all stems from following the
pathways of policy.
Skull and Bones are using remote viewing technology that they learned
from the US Government funding, but they alone, having many members
elevated to key posts in high ranking departments of government, passed
internal policy to make it so that the government did not benefit or
use this technology. Them the went ahead and used remote viewing
against the USA. This is a violation of ethics.
The government never bothered to teach all they learned about these
tools so as to help people overcome fear because of POLICY.
There’s no reason why I needed to be the one to bring contractual
hypnosis to my country. The CIA had it all over fifty years
ago with EG Estabrooks. The Skull and Bones people intentionally
chose to not use it or disseminate it to the USA, but they are using
these “terror meters” against the citizenry.
I found a way to let people reboot and find instant peace without
having to pay anyone or waste any more than two hours on any one day. I
personally gave the world all the tools myself. I then published
a book so that all individuals would find an easy to use manual for
self-programming and software development for this new field. The
book is entitled The Future’s Toolkit, and enclosed with this letter in
the same envelope is the only copy I kept of the book. The other
copy locally was given to Harvey Gover at WSU Tri-Cities to be included
in the campus library. It costs me $14.98 per copy, so I have not
been actively advertising it. In fact, according to
CafePress.com, I have not sold a single copy of my book to date.
I believe that until I delivered this message and moved ahead with this
project, I shouldn’t actively market the book. The needs of the
world outweigh the needs of the one, so I had to deliver this message
before actively approaching the capitalistic endeavors which will give
us the working capital to make the rest of this project function.
I have done all of this to this point as one expects a prophet would
do, all by myself, but as no one has come to help me beyond the
department of US Social Security, then it is my responsibility to step
down off the prophet podium and step up to running for US President so
as to give the best of my abilities to my country. As my country
has protected and supported me, now I must come to their aid, for they
do not see the logic of these bastards in this one fraternity that are
attempting to destroy America the Beautiful.
Skull and Bones began its fraternal love of opium late in the 1890's,
and that pathway never lingers. It explains opium in Vietnam,
Iran Contra, and Afghanistan. People have assumed that this was
all Bush, but now I see that it’s all within this one fraternity, and
because of this, it’s possible that WSU could save Yale from the
dishonor to follow.
J. Anslinger, a member of Skull and Bones, set up all policy for the
first Department of Narcotics in the 1930's. Now, they command
the laws that force up the price of opium to this day. Barrel for
barrel, opium is a much more profitable investment than oil.
The CIA took remote viewing off of top secret because it’s real and
they couldn’t do anything about it, but they didn’t teach people how to
look for it’s trails or how to recognize that it’s being used. I
was personally briefed about remote viewing by Terrell “Terry”
Minarcin; a former member of the NSA. Nevertheless, Skull and
Bones show patterns of behavior which parallel having found such tools
as remote viewing. Their patterns relate they are using such
tools against the USA.
Do you know, after we drop an atomic bomb, the US has a POLICY to send
morphine to radiation victims? Now, who benefits from this?
All the Skull and Bones members, including the Bush family. By
placing policy in place years and decades ago, they guarantee the
actions to be for mutual gain in opium investments, unless we can stop
them.
Why are we in Afghanistan? If you truly believed the concept of a
drug war, then Osama Bin Laden would have been our greatest ally for he
nearly wiped the drug out of his beloved country of Afghanistan.
The Bush family used money to get Osama’s parents and family to sell
him out. This is highly unethical, especially in Islam.
Skull and Bones bastards have been playing the world like a computer
game, thinking that no one would find them. Unfortunately, they
are using money in only four-dimensional logic. They are
apparently not aware that humans process eight dimensions of
logic. From my mapping the human mind as a computer, merging
computer logic with elements of hypnosis, I discovered that the upper
four are Matter, Belief Systems, Feelings, and finally Communications.
How do you beat the logic of someone using four dimensional logic and
money? Remove money from value in the game. How? By
replacing it with infinite levels of honor. Honor cannot be
bought, but it can be spent. That’s how I’m going to win this
game.
I have been busy making inroads with history so that, when this task
came to fruition, I had enough interesting data to feed the fire at
least for about five years. I have a hard drive of ideas for new
projects, but what follow are of other truths.

• I've been accepted to United Who's Who.
• I am a member of the International Honour Society Golden Key.
• I earned the CTM certification from Toastmasters International in four months.
• I've won blue and other ribbons for poetry at county fairs.
• I was on a nationally syndicated soap opera when I was 5.
I’m a communications geek with over thirty years in computers who
learned memory mapping from a world expert in Commodore computers named
Jim Butterfield. I learned hypnosis the next year from a US Army
WWII Air Corps Warrant Officer Supply Pilot named Charles “Chuck”
Brewer, whom I knew affectionately as Charlie. Charlie wanted to
learn computers and so, in a swap, I mentored him and he mentored me.
My primary mission is to give to Richland what Nobel gave to
himself. I want to blow a kiss to my hometown so big that it will
overshadow the atomic cloud, for Richland is truly proof of what world
peace would look like. People from all over the world behave and
are fastidiously courteous with one another.
I have done this project because I saw something much bigger than
myself, and that was my nation being attacked from within. Unless
I came forward with a winning project that could blow away any
competition immediately, it would take too long to win any other way.
I think I’ve been getting a good deal of help from the government
already. Once you read the posts I sent to the President of Iran
last year, along with things I’ve posted about Bush on the web, you
will find an unsung hero. Considering that I was born XXY and
have Klinefelter’s Syndrome, dyslexia, obsessive-compulsive disorder,
and non-hyperactive attention deficiency disorder, along with type-II
diabetes, I was surprised to discover that hypnosis combined with
cannabis turned all these disorders into assets, for they work together
at higher levels of proficiency once people start to learn to use their
minds as computers.
You know how people like to bitch about how the US didn’t give anything
to anyone first but took to their own discoveries and left the world in
the dark. I did this diplomatically so that I can play with a
huge advantage. In 2003, I put the first FCC compliant method to
hypnosis into the international public domain. In 2004, I gave
the commercial rights to the Born Again IO sequence that does
everything that Jesus said it must do, though I called it the Basic All
In One.
The final peace to my puzzle is sitting dormant, waiting for permission
to market. I have published a book on how to program and
interface humans, as a primer for all humans to learn about themselves.
I have asked WSU to consider publishing my book so that I don’t give
$15 a copy to CafePress.com, while I will be getting $5 a copy.
There is no book like it on planet earth to my knowledge, especially
since the book also includes information from neural interface
manufacturers as well as humor, case histories, and mistakes I’ve made,
so that people learn to think like me. It also has my ideas about
my project to run for US President, and getting the USA employment
using this tool that I brought with me.
Today, Friday, is the Comic Relief special where comedians are going to
be doing live comedy on a variety of topics. Perhaps I’ve waited
too long, but you see how I think. If you want to get instant
world impact, perhaps one might get air time and dump something like
this into the media.

I need help with this project. I believe we can win and save the
USA from a fate worse than death, for Skull and Bones look like they
want to overthrow the government. The freedom of our children are
at stake, and all our good military men and women are facing death away
from home so that we are weak and divided.
The USA needs to be a united people, and that is what I intend to
do. I have the talent, the charm, the compassion, and the focus
to accomplish this task rapidly, for people all over this planet have
been waiting for me to boldly go forth with this project.
What I am doing here takes real guts,. I believe that people will
come forth to join me as well as protect me, as they have all along. I
am an unsung hero who can deliver world peace if given the help to make
this project shine.
