I want to get the dog neutered, butI am unable to get the muzzle on him in fear of being bitten. I have contacted a dog behaviorist in the area, but he never showed up. . . . . . . I even went to the vet and got some tranquilers, gave him three, but they had litle effect, was still unalbe to muzzle him.
