There are no surprises - The Philippine Impulse Dancers in Auckland have known for its vibrant, versatile and unique style of dance. With considerable performances commitment from the team its credibility has been maintained, largely, from satisfied audiences who love the art of dance. Feeling superior and having to prove it is a sure way to
success. Despite concern for this busy lifestyle, the all ladies group has expanded far beyond standard and continues to improve.
Last year the Philippine Impulse Dancers performed 25 times to a variety of well established community groups and club audiences Auckland wide. "WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON BEING ABLE TO SHOW OUR DANCE," say the dancers. "Part of the attraction, we share with friends and family, a favourite
way to socialize".
These days the Philippine Impulse Dancers focuses much more of its energy on teaching children from school. In these shows, usually cultural, "It�s good to be doing something meaningful for people to find their identities".
Most recently, the choreographer Jesile Blomely, has finished teaching the Holy Cross School kids in Henderson, a variety of popular dances from the Philippines, there Cultural Show 2004 held last Tuesday 14th of September.
