Fr. Ruben celebrates his pearl year with a song

The beloved Fr. Ruben Elago, MSP, Chaplain of the Good Shepherd Church in Telford Ave, Balmoral will celebrate his 30th anniversary of priesthood this 18 December with a concert dubbed as "Handog Pasasalamat" at the Beaumont Centre (Victory Christian Church) in Freeman's Bay Auckland.


Fr. Ruben who has been a great priest to all Filipinos and the parishioners of his ex-parish Ellerslie and now to the parishioners of Good Shepherd Church holds this once in a lifetime concert to celebrate his Pearl Anniversary this year with a big thank you to the community. The whole community is invited to experience a night of inspirations and reflections through a great line up of songs, music, dance, lights and sights to feed the hearts and souls of everyone.


Joining Fr Ruben in this concert is the promising "Johnny Mathis of ACFC", Fr Nilo Resco, MSP and an array of other great Filipino talents from all around Auckland. The "Handog Pasasalamat" will be at 7:30PM at the Beaumont Centre. Tickets are now on sale at $5 and are available every
after the Filipino Sunday mass at the Good Shepherd Church. This is a one night only concert not to be missed.


The "Handog Pasasalamat" concert is a fundraising event of the Auckland Catholic Filipino Chaplaincy (ACFC) and is directed by Kookie G Samin.
