After we sold our fifth wheel our Park Model seemed to be getting smaller and smaller so we decided to get a new house. Our new place is just 4 miles up the road from our Park Model. It's a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2002 model in a new manufactured homes park. The house is what they call a split bedroom home. The master bedroom and bath are at one end, and the other bedrooms and bath are at the other, with the family room, living and kitchen in the middle. The park has a beautiful pool, kids pool, hot tub, exercise room, billiards room, club house, etc..
The new park is called "The Palms of El Mirage". The community is only 2 years old and there are no age limits ( the park we are in now is for 55s or older.)
It is a gated community. The gate can be opened with a code or by pressing 9 on our home phone. Visitors can call our home from the gate.
We are on a corner lot. The home is already landscaped, which is a requirement of all the homes in the community.
We have a two car carport on the side with a 10 X 12 shed.
There is a 10 acre recreational area that includes a pool, kids pool, hot tub, three Ramadas with grills, a basketball court, playground, and clubhouse with exercise room and billiards room.
The pool area is beautiful with a large sun deck.
