| Loose fitting royal blue one-shoulder gown with heavy silver embroidery and jewels on the shoulder. The material seems to be a silk satin. Similar in style to her Red costume. Four knife pleats start under the embroidery and add fullness to the gown. Darker blue cloak/wrap heavily embroidered along the edge and on the inside. | The tiara is now listed at The Propstore of London. Here is the listing. Propstore describes it as: "The tiara worn by Lucilla (Connie Nielson) in the action packed drama Gladiator. This tiara can be seen in the scenes when Lucilla is watching Maximus (Russell Crowe) fight in the gladiatorial arena. This beautifully ornate tiara can be matched to the version worn on screen by a small central bead in the middle which has dropped down slightly from it's mount, it has been ringed in the DVD stills. The tiara was purchased directly from the costume company who worked on the film, it has been changed slightly in colour as it had been rented to other productions after filming on Gladiator had finished. Made from a metal frame with plastic sections and beading, it has been padded with cloth where it would rest on the actresses head for comfort." | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
