(My next statements may and most likely will catch some flack but I truly believe all that I write here today)
I believe God isn't perfect, and this is why he is like you and I, and can not always control his children. He created us in the likeness of Himself. He also created the Devil though that was not his intention. God's intentions are great and it's unfortunate that all of his children do not follow and obey Him.
When something bad happens it's not God's doing, it's mans. God doesn't tell his children to hurt each other. In fact he tells us thou shall not kill. It is those who go against God who cause bad things to happen. Accidents also happen and sometimes God can't stop them from happening. God has provided us a place to go when our souls leave this world. He created Heaven and there we stay near him and he protects us from evil for he doesn't allow evil to enter.
God gave us a set of rules to live by. He didn't set rules that are so onerous that we can not follow them. They are quite simple. Will God disown us if we break his rules? No He is forgiving, but this doesn't mean that your disobedience will go unpunished or does it mean you can continue to break his rules.
These rules that God set before us will never change. God stands fast to these rules. Just because man has decided to stray from God and his rules doesn't mean they can be changed to make man happy. God is not going to tell the Pope or anyone else that it's ok to change the rules. An example is abortion. Abortion kills God's children there for it will never be justified.
God created all of us for a purpose. He created doctors to heal us, teachers to teach us, judges to judge us, law makers to guide us, and so on. Yet these people stray from God too so there is always good and evil in every walk of life. Sometimes we don't know the reason why we are here in fact most of us do not know. If we live by God's rules in the end we will be rewarded.
God waits for us on the sidelines. He does what he can to get us through the hard times. Yet we need to talk to Him, listen to Him, and allow Him to help us. You can chant and you can recite prayers, but until you sincerely talk to God you really never know Him.
You don't need to kneel to talk with God. You don't need to be in a church. You can talk with God anytime, anyplace. You do not need to fear God in fact he doesn't want you to fear Him. He wants you to know that He is there for you and loves you and cares very much about what happens to you.
You can give the church large amounts of money. You can make the community believe you are a great person. But unless you sincerely talk to God and obey His rules you will not be rewarded. You can con everyone else but you can not con God.
Will our world come to an end? If it does it will not be God's doing but man himself that will cause the end. All the greed and need for power and the evilness will destroy the world. God will take care of the children that follow Him.
