I wish to include pictures of students and their work on our Classroom Web Site. Also, Captions are placed under the pictures and may include first names and/or other written information about the picture (i.e. who it is, where it is, what it is, etc.). In order to do this I need your permission.

On occasion, I will include pictures of parents on field trips, helping in the classroom, etc. I will need your permission for this as well.
