Dear Parents,

On Thursday, October 3rd we are planning a first grade field trip to Upland Hills Farm in Oxford. Michigan The day will include a program filled tour, a hayride and farm demonstrations. We will traviel to the farm by bus, leaving school at 8:45 a.m. and arriving back at school at approximately 2:00 p.m. Children will not wear uniforms this day and will be asked to bring a disposable sack lunch

Please send the $11.50 cost of the trip in no later than Friday, September 13th. Parent chaperones will be charged $7.00 (which is the cost of the admission to the farm). Please make checks payable to cash and send in a labeled envelope.

If you would like to chaperone this trip please fill out the bottom portion of this form and send in your payment as soon as possible. Due to limited bus space we can only accommodate 1 or 2 chaperoned per class on the bus in addition to the teacher. All other chaperones will car pool, following the bus to the farm. Please note that younger siblings are not allowed on this trip.

This field trip always promises to be a great experience in farm life, nature and fun!
