Be An Angel

Dear Mom and Dad,

Today I broke my promise to:

Be kind to others
Follow directions
Listen to the teacher
Work quietly
Keep my hands and feet to myself

Because I broke my promise, I:

Had a 5 minute time out
Lost 10 minutes of free/recess time
Missed a "Special"

Please help me to "Be An Angel" by talking to me about my behavior in class.
