Statistic show that in any given 1-year period, 9.5% of the population, or about 19 million American adults suffer from a depressive illness. The ecnomic cost is estamated at $ 30.4 billion a year. This one reason why I felt that it is vital that people know that they are not the only ones that feel sad, hurt, confused, and lonely. That no one cares about them, that no one loves them. I know of a love that is greater than any love they will ever experience in their lives.
John 3:16 states: " For God so LOVE the world (us) that he gave his only begotten son. A love and healing that only cost you a relationship with Jesus Christ. First you must understand that depression is not only a illness, but it is a spirit placed on people by the enemy (devil). The Bible states in John 10: 10 " the thief (enemy) cometh not, but steal, kill, and destroy, but I (Jesus) come that they (we) might have life, and have it more abundantly." This mean the enemy (devil) wants to steal your mind, kill your hopes and dreams, and destroy your life.
There is "HOPE" you can have peace in your mind, peace from anything you have experienced and/or experience in life. In Philippians 3:7 the Bible states: " And the peace of God which passeth all understanding, shall keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus." I am not here trying to sale you hype, but a new "LIFE" in " CHRIST JESUS" one whom I know from personal experience can do as the Bible states. In Ephesians 3:20 " ...him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think...". and he will do it in a way that will baffle the human psyhe or mind. |
