Guacamole

 

2 ripe avocado

3 Tbsp Sour Cream

½ Lemon

½ Lime

2 Cloves minced Garlic

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Chilli Powder

 

Peel avocados and cut meat off and place in bowl. Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

 

To get it really smooth you may want to use a blender. To keep fresher, put the avocado pit in with the mixture and it will prevent it from getting brown.

 

Serve with Yucca chips.
