Aline’s SUGAR PIE
1 1/2 cups Brown
sugar
2 table spoon Flour "heaping"
1 cup carnation evaporated milk
1 egg well beaten
1/2 cup of pecan or walnuts (optional)
1 pastry shell unbaked
Directions:
In a bowl put sugar, Flour, Carnation milk, and mix well.
Cook in low-medium heat and stir until dissolved.(about 5 minutes).
Remove from heat and add the well beaten egg slowly and stir ,"add 1/3 of pecan
or Walnut" opt.
Pour in a pastry shell unbaked at 400F* for 10 minutes and 300F* for20 minutes
or until thickened.
