Steak Roulade:

Ingredients:

Sauce:

¼ cup red wine

4 shakes Worchestershire Sauce

1 tsp Teriaki Sauce

2 tbsp Sour Cream

4 tbsp Pimento Sauce

½ tsp Sage

½ tsp Garlic Powder

½ tsp Mustard Powder

Steaks:

2 Fast Fry steaks

2 Tbsp Spiced Deli mustard

1/3 Cup fine grated Asiago Cheese

Spinach to cover steaks

1  tbsp Olive oil

Directions:

 

Spread a thin layer of mustard on steaks to cover. Sprinkle cheese to edges. Cover with spinach. Roll and place toothpicks to hold in place. Heat olive oil in a fry pan. Sear rolls on all sides until light brown. Turn heat down and cover. Simmer for 10 minutes or until done to taste. Remove from pan and let sit for 5 minutes.

 

In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients (except sour cream) and bring to a boil using a whisk to stir. Whisk in sour cream. Continue to whisk until it returns to a boil.

 

Place steak rolls on plate and pour sauce to cover.
