Chicken with Dark Sauce

(Paul's favourite)

 

I found that the taste of chicken thighs needed enhancing. The combination in the sauce brings out a delightful flavour. Serve with your favourite rice and vegetable side combinations.

 

Ingredients:

6 – Chicken thighs

1 cube of Chicken OXO

½ cup of Soya Sauce

¼ cup of Worcestershire Sauce

¼ cup of Teriyaki Sauce

½ tsp of Garlic Powder

½ tsp of Onion Powder

1 tsp of Cilantro chopped

 

Directions:

Using cooking spray, coat the bottom of a glass baking dish. Rinse Chicken and place in dish. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Place in preheated oven.

 

Bake at 400*F for 45 minutes. Baste at half time and when done.
