Cheese Pie (from Martine):

Cut one medium/big tomato in slice. Put on paper towel. Put lots of salt on it and put on scoot towel on top, then add something heavy on top for at least 1 1/2 hrs. You can change paper towel once. ( this is to take out water from tomato). When ready take out salt on top.
 
Put around 3 full table spoon in your uncooked crust.
 
Add about 1 cup of ground cheese ( gruyere or swiss)
 
Put tomato on top. Little of olive oil on top of each tomato so they don't dry while cooking.
 
1 or 2 thing of crush garlic
 
dry basil or/and oregano to add before cooking or fresh basil on top 5 min before end of cooking.    

400 degrees for 30-40 minutes
