Even if you don't like asparagus, you'll love it this way. It's just so easy to make and is a BIG hit everywhere!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
12 sprigs of Asparagus
1 pkg Phyllo dough
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
Melted Butter
Take out two sheets of phyllo dough. Cut in half and brush with butter. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and mozzarella. Roll one sprig of asparagus at a time (total of three) and continue rolling. Place on cookie sheet, brush top with butter and sprinkle more parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven at 350*C until lightly brown (about 10-15 minutes)
