MIDGES BURRITOS

This next recipe I received from my friend Crystal Lank. She made this for us
for dinner a few weeks ago. They are DELICIOUS!!!
It is a recipe from a friend of her Mom's.

2--3 large cans [at least 18 oz] refried beans (any style)
3--4 lbs. ground beef or chorizo
2 packages of flour tortilla, burrito size
1 small onion, chopped
1 can 4 oz sliced black olives
1 can 4--6 oz of green chilies, diced
1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
milk
1 small to medium block cheddar chesse

Preheat oven to 350.
In large frying pan cook beef or chorizo and onion until done.
Add the beans, olives, and chilies.
Cook until all is well heated.
Make burritos and place into a casserole pan in a single layer.
Mix all of the soups and just enough milk to make a medium
consistancy gravy. Pour over burritos.
Then shred the cheddar chesse on top of the burritos.
Cook for 30--40 minutes.
Makes 12--24 burritos depending on the size of tortilla's used.
