1)Your site MUST be child safe. I always check websites before adding a link to my page. If I find anything that I feel is not child safe I will NOT be exchanging banners with you.

2)Make sure you email me and let me know where you have put my banner and where I can find yours.

3)You must have some kind of content, not just pages of links.

4)Your website must be in english. This is the only language I can read, so it needs to be in english so I can make sure it is kid safe.
