| Hi, fellow Parents and Contestants. We are excited about the directorship of the North Carolina Diamond USA. We directed the Southeastern part of the State of Florida for a little over six years when we retired from the system to move overseas. Once we came back to the States and made our home in the State of North Carolina we picked up the directorship again We both have been involved in all aspects of the pageant industry, as a director, judge and parent. We honestly know how each of our contestants and their family members feel. We both look forward to meeting each of you and hope to see you all at the Second Annual North Carolina Open State Competition held in April 2003! Mr. Budhi and Ms. Cy |

| Hello everyone! First let me welcome each of you to our website! I've been involved with Diamond U.S.A. since 1988 where I entered as a contestant. In 1989 I competed in Nationals where I won the Pee Wee division title. Since then we've been family! I am so excited about my Parents and I directing the regional office of Diamond U.S.A. in North Carolina! I can't wait to se each of you throughout the year and at our State in Charlotte!
