This tutorial is for MSPaint and I suggest using either the pencil or the paintbrush
1. First, you are going to make the outline of your hair, like in example 1
2. Second, you are going to fil in the outlines and clean up the edges
3. Third, you are going to use the pencil or the paint brush to make highlights in her hair like example 3,just following the lines
4. Fourth, you are going to fill in more vibrant highlights over the 1st ones using the pencil tool. See example 4
5. Now we're almost done, were just going to put one more set of highlights over the 2nd ones in an even more vibrant color. You can use the pallette I set out. See example 5.
