On January 14, 2002 Canada Post raised the surface rate for international recipients of printed papers from $1.00 to $1.75cdn. In view of this dramatic increase, we are asking our international subscribers with computers capable of downloading their copy from the Corpus Canada web site to forego receiving the printed copy.
