FOCUS TOPIC  for the July-August 2000 Issue

 There is no Focus topic for the July-August issue of The Journal. This is usually a shorter issue and frequently is used to catch up on things that were missed in the past year. 

 It has been suggested that you write us your thoughts about The Journal - not simply comments about quality or lack of it, but discussion about its place/future in the Corpus Canada agenda and its service to our readers.

                      Submit your articles to the editor no later than August 1st.

Xristos Community Society

 The Annual General Meeting of the Xristos Community Society, the publisher of The Journal, will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2000 at 11:00 AM at the home of Chris & Naomi Diamond. 

Corpus-Vancouver Island will also gather - same day, time and place - for thanksgiving prayer, potluck lunch and a meeting.
