Tigress was adopted by our meowmie in 1977 and lived until November 29, 1998. She had some of the softest fur ever felt, and had a beautiful white spot under her chin that was so pretty and soft. She traveled with meowmie from Austin, TX to San Antonio, TX to Montgomery, AL and then back to San Antonio.
She really was healthy up until the last 2 years. She had hyperthyroidism and had to take medicine fur that. What was strange is that she and meowmie both became hyperthyroid at the same time. They also both had a small skin cancer on the right side of their faces near the eye. It was in the same position and biopsied the same on them both. Our v*t thought this furry interesting and so did meowmie.
Tigress was a furry neat cat, furriendly and liked people. She caught a cicada when she was 15 years old, and this was really something to watch. Meowmie loved her furry much, and Tigress loved meowmie. She crossed the Bridge due to old age catching up on her.
Tigress will be purring from the Bridge because she was furry purroud to be calico! Purrs, Spyder, MGD & Meowmie Kat
