Dear Journal,
     I was woken up today by that familar face again.  She said "to day's the day beautiful".  Now what did that mean I wondered? The lady saw the kitty beneath me, pet her and sighed.   I was then dragged out of my cage by the lady that feeds me everyday and given shots and other horrible medicine, then dragged into another cage type box.  In my new box I saw the gorgeous kitty beneath me, I mewed and she mewed back.  I was being taken away but where?  I got nervous.  I was bounced around and then I was in a closed in space that moved(must be a car I thought).  I cried.
     Then I heard that relaxing voice say "It's ok Diamond, you are going home."  I only understood home.  What was this home?  I got excited, but who is Diamond?       The car stopped moving.  I bounced some more in this box and then the door opened.  I was not dragged out.  I walked out and looked  and smelled around.  Ummm, nice big space.  I was cautious, unsure of where I was and what might happen.  The lady just watched me.  I said mew and she came closer and bent down to see me.  I came over a rubbed my head on her hand and she pet me.  I mewed for more and she pet me and pet me.  Oh I was happy, I purred and purred.  I looked around some more since I felt comfy. 
     I saw the lady sitting on a couch so I jumped into her lap and she pet me.  I asked if she was my new meowmie.  She confirmed yes, Diamond girl.  I still didn't know who Diamond was but I liked the sound so I headbutted my new meowmie and she called me beautiful.  I am all purrs, THIS IS THE HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE!
