Chapter 3: Awoken Power
Later on that evening at Rai's temple: "WoW, I had no idea that you existed, how come you did not aide us in our battle against Chaos" asked Usagi as she looked in awe at the Sailor Sages. "It is out edict not to interview in the lives of other Sailor Senshi when it comes to battles that are well beneath our levels. I know that it sounds as though we are being arrogant but we do have reasons for such rules" replied Sailor Sage as he played with his talismant. "I can see why you would have such a rule" said Ami Mizouno "if you were to interven in everyone's battles especially their hardest then they would not always learn from them and in some cases not raise to higher levels". "Oh course you are correct Ami" replied the Unity Sage "it is a hard stance to take at times but a necessary one". Suddenly Makoto stands up and walks over to a window and thinks outloud, "you said that you had a gift to give to Sailor Moon, what prey tell is it and why?" "Those are valid questions Makoto and I will answer them now" replied the Unity Sage. I am here to elevate sailor moon's power and the reason for this is because with the defeat of chaos many other forces are trying to gain his former seat of power, even some of his rivals who were just as strong if not even stronger. For you to be able to maintain the peace you WILL have to become stronger. The reason that we are stepping in now is because at your present power level there is no way for you to be able to defeat this current threat. Please give me your broach Usagi". Usagi was hesitant to do such a thing but a warm feeling in her heart told her that she could trust the Unity Sage. Just as she was about to put it in the Unity Sage's hand the words "space sword blaster" rang out and a streak of energy went between Usagi and the Unity Sage's hand almost touching them.
"Stop right there outsider" and everyone looked at the doorway to see the four outer senshi of the sol system, each senshi holding their talismant while Sailor Uranus's space sword saber was still glowing from the attack. You heard me outsider, don't move" bellowed Sailor Uranus. Sailor Sage moved forward with such grace that it looked like he was floating along the ground, still hooded, and upset. "How DARE you strike at the princess, the crime for such a sin is death senshi" muttered Sailor Shadow as he took out his talismant. "I don't even need to transform to take care of such weaklings." Just as Sailor Shadow was about to attack Sailor Uranus, Sailor Unity raised a hand to stop him. "Sailor Sage, I will handle this" said the Unity Sage as she walked towards the outer senshi. "I am truly sorry, I should have remembered about the other senshi of this system and invited you over to witness this event" "What event" asked Neptune as she grazed her aqua mirror. "I am here to give Sailor Moon a power enhancement, I would love to get into detail about it with you but I am not really fond of repeating myself" "Usagi, please tell them to stand down" and Usagi nodded to the outer senshi that all was well, when they didn't respond immediately she reminded them that she is their princess and that they have got to trust her.
"Now that all of that is settled I will now commence with the enhancement" said the Unity Sage. As she held Sailor Moon's broach in her hands she muttered a chant and suddenly the broach glowed and tranformed into a moon shaped platinum broach. "Now Sailor Moon, hold it over your head and say the words that come to your mind". As Usagi touched the broach she felt a sudden surge of power through out her body that was like a warm light that enveloped her and suddenly the words appeared in her mind. "Infinate Moon MAKE UP!!!" Suddenly Usagi underwent her most elegant transformation ever as she became Infinate Sailor Moon, her Eternal Moon Teir replaced with her new weapon, the Moon Crystal Ribbon. A device which went on her hand and centered in the center of her palm was a silver jewel."Sailor Moon...no, Infinate Sailor Moon, I'm sorry that we couldn't have met sooner, but we must go now, and good luck" and as the Unity Sage said those last words a white light engulfed them and suddenly her and Sailor Shadow were gone, now only the sailor senshi from the sol system were left in the room looking at Infinate Sailor Moon in astoundment, but none as supprised as the newly born senshi herself.
