When Koga & Kagome were walked into the castle by Jaken, Kagome was a bit nervous because she didn't know what to expect when Sesshomaru & Koga were to see each other. She had heard of their encounters in the past, but she knew inside that what she heard would be nothing compared to seeing a fight in person.
"Imp where are you leading us?" Koga demanded, his nerves on edge, his body ready to fight at any moment.
"Be patient ookami," Jaken squawked in response. "Lord Sesshomaru has given me orders to bring you & your mate to the hot bathing room to speak with himself & his mate."
Koga stiffened when he heard a moan coming from behind the door they had just stopped in front of. -Am I even going to want to get into the water?- He asked himself.

Inside the bathing room, Sesshomaru was leaning against the edge of the bathing pool with his arms folded in front of him on the ledge, while Catriona worked away a tense spot in his back with her massaging. "Mate, you have a most wonderful touch," Sesshomaru moaned as he felt the knot in his back being worked away. He let out a loud moan when Catriona added more pressure.

While Jaken had a bead of sweat on the side of his head, eyes staring wide at the door, Koga had a look of disgust written on his face, & Kagome had a deep blush on her cheeks. "Perhaps you should show us to where we will be resting if he intends on us staying the night here," Koga spoke, almost sounding demanding, seeing as how he wanted to get away from whatever might be going on behind the door.
"Nothing is going on in here beside a back rub," growled a voice from within.
Jaken pushed the door open to see Catriona sitting a few inches away from Sesshomaru, who was still in the same position, but was now looking back at the three standing in the doorway with a glare of death. Jaken whimpered when he saw the wish of death in his master's eyes & he gulped. "Lord Sesshomaru, as you can plainly see, the leaders of the ookami youkai pack are here," Jaken said before he bowed & left in a scrambling run.
Kagome looked at Catriona & smiled at her friend, happy to see her again after a few weeks of being away from her. She had been especially worried about the woman since she was brought to Koga's caves.
Koga & Sesshomaru were holding a miniature staring contest as they stared at each other, gauging what to do if the other were to make a move to attack. Koga's eyes made their way to the hand that was showing under Sesshomaru's left arm, to see the youkai's Dokkasou was already prepared should he himself attack.
Sesshomaru was taking no chances with this filthy ookami as he slowly turned & slid his tail protectively around Catriona, covering her breasts & private area with the mass of fur. He emitted a growl that was low enough for only Koga to hear, but loud enough for him to get he point not to stare at what was his or even think about trying to take it.
Catriona looked at Kagome, who had gotten into the bathing pool after a small inviting wave from herself, & hugged her, giggling softly. "How have you been Kagome?" She asked, ignoring the way the inu & ookami youkai were acting towards each other. "How are the pups?"
Kagome giggled & pulled back from the hug to place her hand on her belly. "Koga, Ginta, & Hakkaku barely let me out of their sight, so they're very safe for now," she answered with a wide smile. "Ginta & Hakkaku are always left to watch over me when Koga leaves to go on hunts. But sometimes it's just me & Ginta, or Hakkaku, because Koga has taken one of them with him if he plans to hunt larger prey."
"Sounds like you're doing good then," Catriona smiled.
"I'm doing better than good, Catriona. I'm doing great with how well I'm watched." Kagome looked at Koga & Sesshomaru to see them staring at each other with red eyes, fangs bared. She & Catriona both sighed. "Koga, stop," Kagome spoke. "Please? You promised you wouldn't let him get to you or that you wouldn't start a fight."
Koga looked at Kagome as his eyes turned from red to blue, a pout forming on his mouth. "Kagome, you better be thankful I love you or I would kill him."
"I would love to see you try it ookami filth," Sesshomaru spat, earning a look from Catriona, but he ignored it. -Who is she to try & correct me as if I were a small pup?- He thought.
Catriona reached out & placed her hand on his bicep, giving it a light squeeze in hopes of getting his attention. She looked at him with pleading eyes when he turned his gaze to her. "Sesshomaru, please don't fight. Remember why you called them here," she spoke softly.
"Yea, why did you bring us here anyway?" Koga demanded.
"Koga don't be so rude to him," Kagome spoke, half scolding her mate. She looked at Sesshomaru with an apologetic look. "I'm sorry Sesshomaru, would you please explain why you requested our presence?"
Sesshomaru nodded as he looked at Kagome, while looking at Koga out of the corner of his eye. "Kagome, I am aware that both you & Catriona are originally from the same era, far after mine. But I wish to have a life with Catriona & my son, therefor I have asked her if she would stay here with me, in this time."
"That's great!" Kagome gushed, hugging her friend tightly. "This is great news Catriona."
"Catriona, you may tell her the rest," Sesshomaru told her, figuring she would like to be the one to speak about her side of the news.
Catriona nodded to Sesshomaru, then looked at Kagome. "It is good news Kagome, but I don't want to jump up & say yes right away because in the long run it might turn out to be a mistake. I asked Sesshomaru if I could have time to think about whether or not I would stay here with him & he gave me the permission I needed. But there's one thing."
"What is it?"
"I wish to have somewhere private to think so I won't have influences in my decision from anyone around here. The only place I can think of that would be safe is with you & Koga at the ookami den." She turned her gaze to Koga, who now looked at her, having gained interest in her words when she mentioned his den. "This is why you were requested Koga. I wish to stay with you at your den until I can reach a decision on what I am going to do."
"How long were you looking to stay with my pack?" Koga questioned, sitting on the floor with his legs folded under him.
"I don't know how long it will take me to make a decision," Catriona answered honestly. "Sesshomaru..." She spoke, looking at her mate.
Sesshomaru looked from Catriona to Koga. "I wished to speak to you face to face on the matter. I am fine with it, but I want to know that my mate will be safe during her stay with your pack if you do indeed permit her to go with you."
"I wish to think about it overnight," Koga announced after what seemed like several minutes had passed. "I will give my answer in the morning." Sesshomaru & Catriona nodded. "But if I do decide she may come with us, then I will want her to leave with us when we leave in the afternoon."
"Fine," Sesshomaru replied as Catriona nodded in agreement.
