Antonio: Maria, why didn�t you tell that to anyone? To Billy or Jude?

Maria: Billy was with me when I got the call. That�s why he was driving me home.

Antonio: This is insane! Who could try to kill you?

Antonio: Maria, what�s up?

Carmen: My Maria� someone tried to kill her? She has to leave Sunset Beach and hide.

Billy: No! She has to stay here so we could catch the killer!

Carmen: But he could hurt her.

Austin turns off the TV.

Austin: Vanessa died? My God!

He takes his jacket and runs somewhere.

Ben: I know how it feels when someone who you love dies.

Bette calls someone.

Gregory: I think you are right. The question is� how big damage is and how can we fix it?

Cole and Caitlin�s house

Austin storms in.

Virginia: Oh� I suppose you heard. Isn't that great? We finally got what we wanted.

Meg: When is our flight?

Casey: In an hour. It takes 10 minutes from here till airport.

Meg: Ok. I want to talk to Michael.

Meg: No, Casey! Michael won't die! You have to think positive! Michael will be ok. I know that. Look there is Dr. Coleman! Doctor! Did you save Michael? You did, didn't you? Say something! Michael is alive, right?

Bette's house

Emily: Did you call Sean?

Bette: Yes. Look, Ems, I did it for you!

Emily: For me? Mom, why? I told you I couldn�t talk to him now. I need time!

Bette: Honey, you and Sean are the best! You need to be together. Do you remember when you made up after you found out Amy drugged Sean with love potion? You were so happy to get back with him. And I know that you will be happy again.

Emily: And what if it�s true? What Tiffany said�

Bette: I don�t believe that! And you don�t believe it either! Tiffany was lying, just like Amy was.

Emily: I hope you are right, mom. Otherwise� (Emily sees Sean) Sean!

Emily smiles and then jumps and hugs Sean.

Cole and Caitlin�s house

Cole: I should go check on her.

Cole turns to leave.

AJ: I hope she will be ok.

AJ smiles and Cole goes upstairs.

Bedroom

Caitlin is sitting on bed holding pillow and singing a lullaby. Cole opens the door slowly. He sees Caitlin with the pillow.

Cole: Caitlin? What are you doing?

Caitlin: Be quiet, Cole! I am trying to get Rachel sleep.

Cole: Rachel?

Caitlin: Yes. Isn't she cute?

Caitlin smiles and gives Cole "Rachel". Cole takes the pillow in his arms. His eyes fill with tears. Then he gently puts "Rachel" back on bed and exits.

Caitlin: Cole? Cole! Don�t worry, baby. Daddy will be back.

Cole runs down the stairs and runs out on the beach. He starts crying.

Cole: God� why are You doing this? Why are you taking my dear Caitlin away from me? She was always so nice! She didn�t deserve this! Please make her well. I love her, and I can't live without her! Please, God! Please, let my Caitlin be ok.

While Cole is crying on the beach, Gregory and Olivia come.

Olivia: Look, Gregory! Isn't that Cole?

Gregory: It looks like him. And he is� crying? My God! Maybe something happened to Caitlin! Cole?

Cole turns around and wipes his tears.

Michael is sitting on his bed. Casey and Meg walk in.

Michael: I don�t want to live without her.

Casey: You have to! Vanessa would like you to move on, I am sure!

Meg starts crying.

Maria moves back.

Maria: Ben, I was thinking. I would really need some extra money. Can you find me some job in Liberty Corp.?

Maria: I don�t know� be a secretary to you or Gregory. Make coffee!

A phone rings.

Maria: What happened?

Cole and Caitlin�s house

Gregory, Olivia and Cole walk slowly to Caitlin�s room and see her sleeping with the pillow.

Olivia: She looks so peaceful.

Gregory: What happened?

Cole: She thinks this pillow is Rachel.

Olivia: What?

Cole: I came in and she told me that Rachel is trying to sleep. (Cries) She is going crazy!

Olivia: Oh my God! Gregory, what are we going to do? Our daughter�

Caitlin wakes up.

Caitlin: Mom, dad, hi! Be quiet. Rachel is sleeping. Let�s go out and talk.

They all exit the room.

Caitlin: Cole, mom, why are you crying?

Olivia looks at Caitlin and starts crying even more and then leans her head on Gregory�s shoulder and Cole runs out again.

Caitlin: What�s going on? Cole! Mom? Daddy, what is it?

Gregory: Caitlin� don�t you think you should go see a doctor?

Caitlin: What? I just came back from hospital.

Gregory: I would like� if you went to see a psychiatrist.

Caitlin: Why? I am not crazy!

Gregory: Princess�

Caitlin: Daddy, you think I am crazy? Mom?

Olivia: Darling�

Caitlin: Why did Cole run out? Answer me!

Gregory: Cait� that�s not Rachel inside. That�s a pillow.

Caitlin: No�

Gregory: I�m sorry, honey, but Rachel is gone.

Caitlin: No!

Caitlin screams and locks herself in room.

Gregory: Caitlin, open the door! Cait, please!

Bette�s house

Sean: What is this?

Emily: I love you.

Sean: I love you to.

They kiss.

Emily: I thought you� and Tiffany�

Sean: Nothing happened! I swear�

Emily: I know. I knew that even then, I just� I don�t know. I�m sorry for acting like I did.

Sean: It�s good that your mom called me.

Emily: Yeah. She is a great mom.

Sean: Yeah�

Sentinel

Bette comes. She sees everyone sad.

Bette: People, what happened? Would someone mind telling me? Janice? Keith? Nina, I gave you a promotion! Say it!

Nina: Didn�t you see the news?

Bette: News? No. What happened?

Nina: It�s Vanessa� she� she died.

Bette is shocked and she starts crying.

Virginia�s hotel room

Austin: I can't. I am not happy.

Virginia: Oh� you are a perfect person to ruin a party. I was so happy since I heard the news about Vanessa�s death and you ruined my mood. I was in great mood and then you came and� I should call Michael. I should tell him I am sorry, although I�m not.

Austin: Michael is in Chicago.

Virginia: What? No� He could get the virus himself! Why did he go?

Austin: He found out he can have kids and went to surprise Vanessa.

Virginia: I have to check if Michael is ok. How? Think, Virginia! Think!

Austin: You are crazy�

Austin stands up and exits.

Virginia: Yeah, just walk away! I don�t need anybody! Nobody!

Outside

Austin: What have we done?

Chicago

Meg: Michael, don�t say that�please!

Michael: It�s true, Meg! I loved Vanessa more then anything! Do you remember when I injected myself with Martin�s syndrome so Tyus could test a cure on me? I did it for her.

Meg: I remember. And that was incredible, but Michael, Vanessa would want you to live.

Michael: I know she would. She told me that� before she�but I can't.

Casey: Michael, Meg and I have to go back in Sunset Beach so we can prepare everything for Vanessa�s funeral. Would you like to come with us?

Michael: No� actually yes! If I stay alone, I might do something stupid.

Meg: Yeah� come with us.

Michael: Why did this happen, Meg? Why to her?

Meg: I don�t know.

Meg hugs Michael and then they both cry.

Maria�s place

Maria: Oh my God� Vanessa�

Ben: I have to find Meg. I have to find hospital�s number so I can tell Meg how sorry I am.

Maria: Ben, I can't stay alone. What if the person who tried to kill me comes back?

Ben: Ok. Come with me.

They go out.

Cole and Caitlin�s house

Gregory: Caitlin, open the door! Please, honey!
Olivia: Cait, open! We want to help you!

Inside

Caitlin is sitting on the floor holding the pillow and singing a lullaby.

Caitlin: No one will take you away from me, Rachel... No one!

Psychiatrist's office

Cole comes in.

Cole: Hello, Dr. McBride. I am Cole Deschanel. I was wondering if you could come and check my wife.
