Paula: Well after he met Ally, he�s crazy about her and he wants to get married on Valentines Day.
Elaine: Married? On Valentines Day? Paula, that�s in a week!

Paula: Mom! I�ve decided I will marry Ricardo. Finally�
Carmen�s shop
Ricardo walks in.
Ricardo: Hi, mama.
Carmen: Hello, Mi Hijo. Como estas? (How are you)
Ricardo: I�m fine, mama. I came to talk about Paula and me.
Carmen: Oh� are you getting married after all?
Ricardo: Yes. We are getting married in a week.
Ricardo�s loft
Antonio is reading a book to Gabi. She is sitting in her wheelchair. He stops reading and looks at her.
Antonio: My God, Gabi� you still attract me so much. I will take care of you. You won't miss a thing. I love you, Gabi.
Gabi�s voice: I wish I could tell you the same thing, Antonio. I love you to, but I can't speak!
Antonio kneels near Gabi and he kisses her slowly. Maria and Benjy walk in.

Caitlin: You know where your baby is? Why don�t you go get her?
Brooke: I was planing to do it.
Annie: Caitlin, don�t you get it?
Caitlin: Get what, Annie?
Jude: Caitlin, what Annie and Brooke are trying to tell you is�

Gregory and Olivia walk in.

They run to her. Cole hugs Caitlin as she denies the fact that Rachel is Jude and Brooke�s daughter.
Caitlin: No! Rachel is mine! And Cole�s! No!!
Jude: I knew this would happen.
Olivia: Cole, what is going on?
Cole: Long story, Olivia. Come on, Caitlin. I�ll take her to our room.
Cole and Caitlin leave.

Meg: Oh my God! I am pregnant!

Meg: No, I am happy. I am just surprised.

Meg: Nothing, Sara. Nothing. I�m going somewhere. Don�t tell anyone about that.
Ricardo�s loft
Maria coughs so Antonio would see she is there.
Antonio: Maria! What are you doing here?
Maria: I came to see my niece. And I brought Benjy to meet her to.
Benjy: Uncle Antonio, why were you kissing Uncle Ricardo�s wife?
Carmen�s shop
Carmen: Valentines Day is close, son.
Ricardo: I know, Mama. I need to marry Paula, because of Ally.
Carmen: Mi Hijo, you don�t have to do anything. You can raise Ally with Paula without being married to her.
Ricardo: I want to marry her. I don�t want my kid to have any consequences because she wasn�t growing up with her parents.
Carmen: You are right. But are you ready to make that kind of sacrifice?

Elaine: Paula, you caught Ricardo with Ally, but�
Paula: There is no but, mom. Ricardo and I are getting married for our daughter.
Elaine: Are you forgetting one thing?
Paula: What thing?
Elaine: The fact that Ally�
Paula: No, I haven't forgot that! But, there is no place for mentioning that.
Elaine: I hope you�ll make it, Paula. For your sake.
Paula: I will. Ricardo will be mine, and I will be happy with him.
Elaine: And what if Jack comes after you?
Paula: No! Jack will never come after me! Jack knows where he belongs! Now, mom, I don�t want to talk about Jack anymore. Ever again!
Cole and Caitlin�s house � living room
Annie: I didn�t do anything, Gregory.
Jude: Annie is telling the truth. This is something between Cole, Caitlin, Brooke and me.
Olivia: Brooke? What is this maid have with problems of my daughter?
Jude: Olivia, Gregory� it�s really complicated so why don�t you sit down.
Olivia: No I need to be with my daughter.
Jude: First you have to hear the story!
Olivia: Don�t take very long, Jude.
Brooke: It won't. This is it! I am Jude�s ex wife and we have a kid. I gave her for adoption and Cole and Caitlin adopted her. Rachel is my and Jude�s daughter.
Cole and Caitlin�s house � bedroom
Cole: Honey, calm down.
Caitlin: How can I calm down when they are about to take our baby? Cole, I am going to lose my baby again! Third time! Cole, I can't handle this!
Cole: You can and you will! Caitlin, we are going to fight! On court if it takes! We adopted this baby and they can't take her away from us!
Caitlin: Cole, we can fight on court� but will we win?
Cole: I don�t know.
Caitlin: Well neither do I. Cole, I don�t want to get false hopes and get disappointed again.
Cole: You won't. I promise. Rachel stays with us.

Meg comes to hospital.
Meg: Hi, Stacey! Can I see Tyus?
Stacey: No, you can't.
Meg: Why not?
Stacey: His not here, why else? But we have this new doctor if you are in emergency.
Meg: No� Ok, fine! Where is he?
Stacey: Right behind you.
Meg turns around and sees a young and handsome doctor (played by David Fumero � Christian Vega, OLTL).
Ricardo�s loft
Antonio: Your Aunt Gabi needed a kiss from a friend, and since I am her friend I kissed her.
Benjy: Ok.
Benjy smiles. And Maria looks at Antonio.
Antonio: I�ll go check where Ally is? Benjy, you want to come with me?
Benjy: Sure!
Antonio and Benjy leave. Maria sits next to Gabi.
Maria: Gabi, you destroyed lives of my brothers. But it�s not your fault they fell in love with you. Yes� I really hope you�d get better so you can leave Sunset Beach and leave my brothers alone. Paula is back and I heard Ricardo and she are getting married in a week.
Gabi�s voice: So Ricardo is getting married to Paula! Never mind. They deserve it. If I get well, I�ll leave town just like you say, Maria.
Carmen�s shop
Carmen: Oh, mi hijo. You ruin your life with that marriage. But� you chose. I better look what cards say for that.
She starts to open cards.
Carmen: Hmm� Someone is coming. No, he�s here! Someone will stop that wedding! There won't be a wedding! A death� a death will stop the wedding� someone will die on that wedding.
Cole and Caitlin�s house � living room
Olivia: What? Jude, you can't possibly be telling truth!
Jude: I am, Olivia, I know it hurts, but it�s the truth.
Olivia: I have to see Caitlin.
Olivia goes upstairs.
Gregory: Why did you leave your daughter and now you are taking her back?
Brooke: I thought I won't be able to raise her but I realized I could. Especially now that Jude is here.
Jude: I am not going back to you! I love Annie!
Annie: Speaking of that, Gregory, when can we sign the divorce papers?
Gregory: Today, Annie, if you want. But after this thing passes.
Annie: Great!
Brooke: You don�t have to plan anything, slut! You and Jude won't get marrie.
Annie: That�s what you think.
Brooke: Oh� you!
Brooke slaps Annie. Annie slaps her back. They start to fight, but Jude and Gregory break them up.
Annie: We�ll finish this when we stay alone.
Brooke: I am looking forward to it.
Gregory: Stop you two! Brooke, you are fired! Annie� shut up.
Cole and Caitlin�s house � bedroom
Olivia knocks and enters.
Olivia: Cait?
Caitlin: Mom? (Crying) Oh, mom�
She hugs Caitlin.
Olivia: I am so sorry, Cait.
Cole leaves the room.
Olivia: Come on, sit down. (They sit on bed) I heard. Jude told us.
Caitlin: Mom, I am losing Rachel� I am losing my third baby!
Olivia: I know, I am sorry� I wish there was something I could do�
Caitlin: And that Brooke� I hired her� I trusted her and look what happens!
Olivia: You shouldn�t have hired her without any references. But it�s behind us.
Caitlin: I wish we never had that accident. I was thinking before� how would it be if there was no accident and if Annie never switched babies� how would it be?
Olivia: It would be much better and we would all be happy, probably.
Caitlin: It was my entire fault� if I wasn�t driving like crazy�
Olivia: Cait that happened three years ago. You don�t have to blame anyone.
Caitlin: Oh, mom� (Cait cries and Olivia hugs her)
Cole and Caitlin�s house � living room
Cole comes down the stairs.
Gregory: How is she?
Cole: She is devastated. She thinks she�ll lose this baby to.
Annie: Which she will�
Cole: No, she won't!
Jude: What? Cole, you can't actually expect we let you have my baby.
Cole: That�s exactly what I expect, Jude!
Garden
Elaine: You know, I know Jack will appear one day. He will. And then your life will become miserable.
Paula: Mom, you are supposed to be on my side. I need Ricardo in my life.
Elaine: And you�ll get him by lying to him?
Paula: I am not lying to him.
Elaine: Oh, come on, Paula! You and I both know Ally is not Ricardo�s
daughter. She is Jack�s daughter!
Ricardo�s loft
Ricardo walks in and sees Antonio playing with Benjy and Ally.
Ricardo: Well isn't this the happy Uncle?
Antonio: Ricardo� Maria is with
Gabi.
Ricardo: Fine, I�m going there to.
Antonio: Wait! Ricardo, I wanted to say� I am sorry.
Ricardo: You are sorry? Why?
Antonio: I never wanted us to be in a fight.
We are brothers. And I love you. No matter what�
Ricardo: I love you to, T.
Antonio: Then why the hell are we doing this?
Ricardo: We don�t have to do that anymore. I am marrying Paula in a week.
Antonio: What? That�s great!
Ricardo: Yeah� And Antonio� I am giving you my blessing� Be with Gabi. Take care of her and make her happy.
Ricardo let�s a tear. Antonio smiles and starts crying and then hugs him. Maria walks in and sees their brothers hugged. She smiles.

Meg: Doctor, I made a home pregnancy test. It was positive and now I want to know if it�s true
Dr. Boyd: Sure. Why don�t we go to my office?
Meg: OK.
They enter.
Dr. Boyd: I am Dr. Boyd and you are?
Meg: Meg. Meg Evans.
Dr. Boyd: Ok, Mrs. Evans, let�s make a test. You are married, right?
Meg: Yes.
Dr. Boyd: So where is the daddy?
Meg: He doesn�t know yet�
Dr. Boyd: You maybe think he�s not the daddy?
Meg: How do you know?
Dr. Boyd: I see it in your face. Don�t worry, I won't say a thing.
Meg: Thank you. I really believe the baby is my husband�s but still�
Dr. Boyd: Still there is this one night, one mistake and you can't forget it.
Meg: Right.
Dr. Boyd: Well� we�ll start with the test now. Just lay here.

Sara comes in. Joan is there working.
Sara: Mom! Guess what?
Joan: What?
Sara: Meg is pregnant!
Cole and Caitlin�s house � living room
Jude: Cole, you are losing your mind.
Cole: I am not. Caitlin will, if you take this baby away from her.
Jude: Cole, Rachel is my daughter. I can't just let you raise her.
Brooke: Even if you do, I wouldn�t.
Cole: You are fired!
Brooke: No, I�m not.
Cole: What?
Brooke: This old man already fired me.
Gregory: You�
Brooke: You know, I am leaving. I feel everyone here wants to kill me.
Annie: We do.
Brooke: I�ll be back to get my baby.
Cole: Forget about that, Brooke. Rachel is ours.
Brooke: We�ll see about that. Bye!
Brooke leaves.
Jude: I am sorry, Cole but if you think you�ll keep Rachel, you are wrong.
Cole: Fine, Jude, then we�ll just go on court.
Jude: Fine!
Jude leaves.
Cole: My God� Look, Annie, Gregory, there is nothing you can do now. So you can go.
Gregory: Are you sure?
Cole: Yes.
Annie: Gregory, why don�t we go and sign the papers?
Gregory: OK, Annie. Cole, I�ll be back after I sign my divorce papers.
Cole: Fine.
Gregory and Annie leave. Cole stays alone in living room. He looks at the new picture of him, Caitlin and Rachel. Then he takes the vase that was standing next to the picture and he throws it to the wall.
Cole (screams): God, why are You doing this to us?!!!! Why!!!!!???

Paula: Don�t you ever say that again! Someone could hear it!
Elaine: I don�t care. It�s true and I don�t know how much long I can keep it as a secret.
Paula: Mom, don�t � (They hear Cole) Is that Cole?
Elaine: I believe so. Come on!
They go to the house.
Shock Wave
Joan: Meg is pregnant! Great! I am so happy. Does Ben know?
Sara: No, no one knows yet. She just found out.
Joan: Great! You are pregnant and Meg is pregnant! Two babies�
Sara: Yeah, well I have to go to our shop. Don�t tell anyone.
Joan: I won't. I promise.
Sara leaves.
Joan: I am going to be a grandma.
South Bay General
Dr. Boyd: Well we�ll get the results soon. So you just sit down and calm down.
Meg: How can I calm down? If I am pregnant that baby could be Ben�s or Ricardo�s.
Dr. Boyd: Right. Ben is� and Ricardo is�
Meg: Oh� Ben is my husband. And Ricardo is the guy I slept only once with.
Dr. Boyd: Aha. Well you got yourself in tough thing, lady.
Meg: I know.
Stacey: Here are the results, Dr. Boyd.
Dr. Boyd: Thank you.
Stacey leaves.
Dr. Boyd: Well let�s see. (He reads) Yes, you are pregnant!
Meg: Great! Doctor, is there any way I can find out who the baby�s father is?
Dr. Boyd: Not yet. I am sorry. We can find out in couple of months.
Meg: So I will have to live with that?
Dr. Boyd: Yes. You just have to live with it.
Ricardo�s loft
Maria: It�s really nice to see you like this.
Antonio: It feels good to.
Maria: I am glad. I hate to see you fight.
Ricardo: I hate it to. But no I will marry Paula, and Antonio can be with Gabi.
Maria: Are you sure you can do that?
Ricardo: Yeah.
Paula: I am home! Hi, everyone!
Everyone: Hi.
Ricardo: Where were you?
Paula: I went to see my mom. Then something happened to Cole, but I couldn�t stay, there are so many things I need to do. I told her to call me later.
Maria: Well I should probably go now. Come on, Benjy.
Benjy: But I want to stay!
Maria: We have to go.
Antonio: Let him stay. I�ll take him home later.
Maria: OK. Thanks, Antonio.
Just as Maria was about to leave Carmen storms into the room.
Carmen: Mi Hijo! You can't marry Paula! Someone will die on that wedding!
Dr. Boyd�s office
After Meg left, Boyd sits in his chair. He opens his drawer and take out a picture. It�s a picture of Paula! And then we see a tab with his name. Jack Boyd�
Cole and Caitlin�s house
Elaine runs in and Caitlin and Olivia come from upstairs.
Caitlin: Cole?
Elaine: Cole, are you ok?
They see Cole sitting on the floor and a broken vase on the floor. Caitlin comes near him and hugs him and they cry together.
Olivia and Elaine just watch. Elaine is confused.
Caitlin: I know it hurts, Cole. But we have to go through this together.
Cole hugs Caitlin and continues to cry.
Annie�s lawyer�s office
Annie signs and after her Gregory.
Lawyer: Well you are divorced now.
Annie: Finally. I did get some of the money?
Gregory: Oh, Annie� yes, you
did.
Annie: Great! Well Gregory it was pretty exiting last two years we were married.
Gregory: Yes, it was.
They shake hands.
Annie: Goodbye now.
Annie leaves.
Gregory: I am free again. And I will marry my dear Livvy again.

Ben comes in.
Joan: Ben! Can I get you anything?
Ben: Just coffee.
Joan: Here it is. (Pause. Joan smiles)
Ben: What? Why are you smiling?
Joan: Oh, I can't wait! I have to tell you. Ben, you�ll be a father!
Ben is shocked.

Carmen: I took my cards� and I saw� (They hear like something fell in Gabi�s room. They all run there. When they come they see Gabi on the floor away from her chair)
Ricardo: Oh my God!
Antonio: She moved!
Dr. Boyd�s office
After Meg left, Boyd sits in his chair. He opens his drawer and take out a picture. It�s a picture of Paula! And then we see a tab with his name. Jack Boyd�
Jack: I am here, Paula� I want my little girl back. And I will get her. I just need to find out where you are.
Shock Wave
Ben comes in.
Joan: Ben! Can I get you anything?

Emily: Woo� it�s cold here.
Sean: Well we are in mountains.
Tiffany: This is really nice. Look, it�s like someone was here lately.

Emily: She is right. Someone had fire in fireplace.

Jude�s apartment
Annie runs in.
Annie: I am a free woman!
Jude: Great!

Ricardo: Gabi, are you all right? Come on! What were you trying? To walk?
He puts her back to her chair.
Antonio: I called Tyus. He�ll be here now.
Ricardo: Gabi is getting better! Gabi is getting better!!! Ricardo laughs and hugs Maria, who was standing next to him.
Paula just watches and doesn�t feel very nice.
Paula: Excuse me.
She leaves the room. Carmen follows her.
Carmen: Paula, I really like you�But there are so many things saying you shouldn�t marry my son.
Paula: Look, Madame Carmen, I don�t believe in your prophecies, I am sorry.
Carmen: But you should! No one believes me, but I was right in many things. I saw the Terror Island killer and I warned Meg, Vanessa and Gabi. I saw Maria is alive, I saw Gabi has a lover� now I see death on your and Ricardo�s wedding.
Paula: Look, it was all coincidence. I will not give up on Ricardo.
Carmen: And what if you die?
Paula: I won't die! At least not now. Ricardo and I are getting married in a week and it�s decided!
Paula storms out.
Aspen
Sean: Maybe some hunter was here and took a rest.
Craig: Sean I probably right. I mean who would come and live here.
Sean: We should probably get some woods for the fire. Craig, can you come with me?
Craig: Sure, where?
Sean: To this little forest. I believe it�s aloud to cut trees.
Craig: We�ll be back in a minute.
Just as Craig and Sean stepped out, we hear Craig scream.
Jude�s apartment
Annie: Jude, what are you saying?
Jude: Annie, I just found out I have a daughter.
Annie: I know and that�s great!
Jude: But I�ll have to fight for her. And after that she might not be mine, cause�
Annie: Cause you think Brooke will take her away? No she won't. Brooke can't do that.
Jude: You think?
Annie: Yes! Anyway, I could ask Gregory to do some legal stuff and he could get you the baby. Brooke left her once, maybe she has no right on her now.
Jude: Maybe. But after fighting on court with Cole and Caitlin, I don�t think I�ll be able and willing to fight with Brooke. And besides, I think Gregory and Olivia will hate me after this. I am hurting their princess.
Annie: Well that�s true.
Jude: Annie! You don�t� look, we are over. Brooke broke us apart.
Annie: Jude, no�
Jude: Annie! It�s over!
Annie gets teary eyes and she stands up and leaves.
Annie: This isn't over, Brooke!
Ricardo�s loft
Tyus arrives.
Tyus: What happened?
Ricardo: Tyus, she moved! We were all there and we heard a hit and when we came here she was on the floor away from her chair.
Tyus: Aha� (Tyus is examining her)
Antonio: Is that all you can say? Aha?
Ricardo: Is this sign she is recovering?
Tyus: Well I have only one word. Yes!
Tyus smiles and Ricardo smiles to. Antonio laughs and hugs Maria. Carmen walks in.
Ricardo: Mama, Gabi is recovering! She is going to be fine!
He hugs her.
Maria: Well I should probably go. Antonio, you take Benjy later.
Antonio: I will.
Maria: Ricardo, Antonio� I am glad Gabi is doing better.
Maria leaves.
Tyus: I know I said I have one word, but there is actually something else, you might not like.
Shock Wave
Ben: You are pregnant? With my child?
Joan: Of course, Ben! Don�t be silly!
Meg: Yes, Ben�
Ben smiles and hugs Meg. She smiles a little. Joan notices that Meg isn't thrilled.
Ben: We have to celebrate this!
Meg: Yeah�
Ben: I am going to buy some champagne.
Joan: Well we�
Meg: You just go and buy some!
Ben leaves happy.
Joan: Meg, what�s going on?
Meg: Mom, I have to tell you something. You�ll be the first to know that.

Emily and Tiffany run out.
Tiffany: Are you all right?
Craig: I�m fine. I just � ouch! My ankle!
Sean: Is it broken?
Craig: I don�t know. It hurts so much!
Sean: Come on, let�s get him inside.
They get him inside and put him on bed.
Sean: Well I guess you are not going anywhere.
Craig: Looks like it.
Emily: Look, Sean, you and Tiffany go get some woods and I�ll stay with Craig. I do know first aid.
Sean: OK. Take care of him good. We�ll be back soon.
Emily: OK.
Emily and Sean kiss and then Tiffany and Sean leave.
Craig�s voice: Finally alone!
Emily: Does it hurt?
Craig: A little.
Emily: You need something?
Craig: Could you just give me a pillow?
Emily: Yes. (She takes one and puts it under his head. Her face comes near his face)

Tiffany: Are you sure it was a good idea to leave them alone?
Sean: Why?
Tiffany: Well did you see the way Craig looks at her?
Sean: Come on, Tiff!
Craig is my friend. He wouldn�t steel my girlfriend.
Tiffany: If you say so�
Maria�s place
Maria arrives and finds a bouquet of red roses. There was a note.
Maria (reading): Dear Maria� I couldn�t forget last night. I just needed to see you, but you weren't home so I left you this little gift. See you tonight? Truly yours, Billy�
Stops reading.
Maria: He really likes me�
Maria smiles and enters.

Ricardo: What else?
Antonio: Tyus say it!
Tyus: Well Gabi might recover very soon. But�
Ricardo: There is always this but!
Tyus: Unfortunately. But� she might not remember either of you.
Antonio: You mean� no!
Ricardo: My God, beside all of things we need this! She�ll have amnesia?
Tyus: Yes, we could say that. But it�s not for sure�
Antonio: Gabi, you have to remember. You hear me? You have to!
Gabi just stares.
The beach
Paula is walking down the beach. Someone comes behind her and puts his arm on her shoulder. Paula turns.
Paula: Oh my God! You!
Jack: Yes, Paula� I am here. Surprised?
Paula: Jack� How did you find me?
Jack: No, the question is what am I planing to do.
Paula: And what are you planing to do?
Jack: I am planing to get my daughter back. And you are going to help me! By giving her to me.
The beach
Paula: Never! Ally isn't your kid! She�s Ricardo�s daughter.
Jack: Oh yeah?
Paula: Yes! Now leave me and Ally alone. We have a nice life here in Sunset Beach.
Jack: Really? You told Ricardo about Ally?
Paula: Yes and he�s so happy.
