Install the game - Multi-Player Installation.
Install the Diablo 2: LoD Expansion CD. 
Copy the following file from the LoD CD to the game directory: D2MUSIC.MPQ D2XVIDEO.MPQ 
Apply the official Diablo v1.09 Patch.
Exit the Game. 
Extract the LOD.EXE file from the Loader Archive to the game directory.
Execute LOD.EXE to start the game and reconnect to BNET or FSGS without any CD.
Play the Game!
