Parents are important in a child' s life and, where possible, both should be there to ensure stability.

RINGBANG PICKNEY

This is dedicated to kids, as you can well see. It' s just my way of letting them know that I appreciate them because they're Special. It' s they who recognize Artistes first. It' s they who listen to our music and even learn the words before their parents. And, most importantly, they see no colour.

To black kids, I urge you to be proud of the colour of your skin. Being of African descent is not a disease neither is it a crime. You should never feel disadvantaged because of it.

To all children- take time to enjoy life.Don't be in too much of a hurry to grow up.Play! Have fun! Continue being colour blind.Race is not an issue.

To parents- show your kids love and respect and they will reciprocate this. Encourage them to pursue their dreams.Never teach them to hate, in any circumstance. Remember that they are God' s gifts to you.

As artistes, we have to be responsibile... and ensure that we send positive messages via our music and actions to kids.

My philosophy is "if you're going to do something, do it to the best of your ability or not at all".
