was talking to my roomate today, he said it is cool to read a book slowly, a bit at a time, along with other books, and so stretch out the length of time we are reading it. i thought about this for a while, and later commented that most of the time when reading a really interesting book, you usually don't get too far without coming across some trippy idea which serves the purpose of reading an interesting book, and gives you something to reflect on for awhile.
